The venue

The event will be hosted at Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari, the motor racing circuit located at Imola entitled to the great Enzo Ferrari, founder of the namesake car brand and his son Dino. This circuit has hosted from 1981 until 2006 the Formula One San Marino grand prix, plus many world series motorcycles races.

In addition to motor sport races, the circuit during the years has been the location for many musical events, like for example the Heineken Jammin’ Festival from its first edition in 1998 until 2006 edition.

How to buy tickets

Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased at:

  • Live nation, this is the English language link, at the price of 86,25 € for one single day or 149,50 € for both days (delivery charges excluded)
  • Ticket One, this is the English language link, at the price of 86,25 € for one single day or 149,50 € for both days (delivery charges excluded)

How to arrive

The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari address is:

Via F.lli Rosselli, 2 – 40026 Imola (BO) – ITALY

By car: city of Imola is close to A14 freeway (Bologna-Taranto), that has a dedicated Imola exit. Alternatively, you can exit at Castel S. Pietro exit if you arrive from north or Faenza exit if you arrive from south (suggested alternatives in order to avoid traffic in the days of events). Reached the city of Imola, follow the indications toward downtown and then indications toward autodromo, that will lead you simply to the location.

By train: Imola station is close to downtown and is about 1.5 km away from the circuit (autodromo in Italian), that can be reached walking in 20/25 minutes. Outside the station, you have to go toward downtown and proceed straight until you arrive at the circuit’s main entrance (the streets that you pass through are Viale Andrea Costa, Via Appia, Viale G.Mazzini, Viale Dante Alighieri, Via F.lli Rosselli).

I suggest you this option instead of using a car, because Imola is a small town and the traffic around it during the days of the event can be really stressful. For example, you could find an accommodation in Bologna that is only half a hour away from Imola by train and even reachable by airplane. Visit Trenitalia’s website in order to find trains timetables and purchase tickets.

By airplane: the closest airports to the circuit are Bologna Airport (35km) and Forlì Airport (30km).

Accommodations

First of all, please note that tickets are camping included. So if you like to camp, you already have your accommodation.

Otherwise, you can look for an accommodation via Imola’s tourists office, via the specific service offered by Trenitalia’s website, or using dedicated websites like the following ones (note: I cite them for your convenience, but I have not tried them, so keep your eyes open 🙂 ): inItalia.it, ItalyHotels, Alberghi in Italia.
